We know that when people talk about artisanal cured meats, it’s easy to wonder: “Is it really as good as they say?” And hey, we totally get it.
We’re not going to tell you that ours are the best in the world — because those things are proven, not claimed.
But what we can tell you is that at Embutidos De Pablo, we do things slowly, with care, and with deep respect for traditional methods.
Because when something is well made, you can taste it.
Our secret?
There’s no big mystery: we’re in a small corner of the Soria mountains, 1,300 meters above sea level, where the winter cold and mountain winds work their magic.
We simply add first-class ingredients, the knowledge passed down through generations, and a whole lot of heart in every single piece.
The result?
Well, you’ll have to try it yourself.
What I can tell you is that those who do, usually come back for more. But of course, we’ll only know once you decide to give us a chance.
